J & SP Training Institute is a private, Georgia-based CNA Training School. Our purpose is to provide you with the tools, knowledge, and skills necessary so that you can reach your full potential as a Certified Nursing Assistant. We strive for excellence in every class that we teach.
Bio of the Owner
Ms. President is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in the various disciplines of nursing and health care management. Ms. President is committed to providing quality care to her patients and using advanced interventions to achieve excellent health and wellness outcomes.
Our mission is to promote education and skills in our students by having them recognize their inner strengths, compassion and skills in their service of providing quality care to patients.
The vision of J&SP Training Institute is to educate students how to deliver compassionate and respectful care to patients.
Bianca Woodall-Jones, MS, RN-BC, CWCN, CCCN
Bianca’s education began with a Registered Nursing degree from Miami Dade College in Miami, Florida. She then received a Baccalaureate degree in Adult Education from St. Joseph’s College in Standish, Maine. Her Master’s degree was received from California University, Novato, California in Community Health Management. She is nationally certified in Gerontological Nursing by ANCC. Bianca attended Emory University’s Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing Education Center and is nationally certified in Wound and Continence Care. She is published and has many articles nationally on education for the Home Health, Acute Care, and Long-Term Care clinical associates. Bianca has taught CNA, RN, LPN, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Administrators, and Physicians in Long Term Care. Her education program has covered Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Before coming to J & SP Training Institute, she was employed as a consultant in Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Practice for a multi-state Long Term Care Company where she laid the foundation for the instructional curriculum. Her position included education and training the Certified Nursing Assistant. In addition to her instructor position at J & SP, she currently volunteers for a National Hospice Company and HHWEM a local non-profit organization dedicated to excellence in educating the clinical associates in Long Term Care facilities. Bianca has a passion for education.
Lourdes Webster, MSN, BSN-RN
Lourdes Webster is a passionate, cultural-competent Nursing Educator who completed her Nursing Degree in Cuba and her master’s in advanced nursing education in Jamaica.
She defines her classroom as an “environment that is comfortable for learning and where mutual respect is emphasized”. Her teaching methodology relies heavily on the concept of the learners’ genuine motivation towards a topic.
Identifying strengths and weaknesses is the foundation of her teaching style. She incorporates various teaching modalities into her lesson plans to accommodate and engage all learning technique. She strongly believes that, by nurturing a specific/personalized learning method, her students will build the confidence needed to achieve all academic goals, and eventually, succeed in all areas of life.
Currently, Lourdes is pursuing the most important milestone of her career, a Ph.D. in Educational Sciences at The University of Oriente, Santiago de Cuba, Cuba. Among her main research topics are Cultural Intelligence Applied to Nursing and Academic Dishonesty in Online Programs.
Lourdes deeply believes that healthcare professionals , nurses in particular, have the responsibility to address societal needs and among the best ways to demonstrate this is being sensitive to the particulars of various cultures.

Her definitive goal as a teacher is to be remembered by her students as the teacher that taught them how to learn effectively, the one that discovered the hidden passion, and the one that truly and profoundly believed in them.
Social Media & PR Coordinator
Grace Flavien is the Social Media and PR Coordinator of J & SP Training Institute, LLC. She is responsible for website maintenance, social media presence, and organizing work events. She is a graduate of the Savannah of College of Art and Design (2019). Her skills were refined during her years in Alpha Psi Omega: The National Theatre Honor Society and were even further refined when she succeeded presidency in her final year.
Ms. Flavien is diligent when it comes to planning events and crafting a warm, welcoming social media presence. She is also adamant about giving back to the community. Many of her events offer ways for Douglas County citizens to engage in the community and give back to local charities.
Grace is originally from Brooklyn, NY and raised in Douglasville, GA. She loves singing, acting, and taking photos. She is always finding a reason to be creative from creating her own costumes to writing her own music.
